Design
Using a combination of smoke and heat devices which create audible and visual alerts, fire detection and fire alarms provide buildings and their occupants protection from fire by quickly detecting the presence of smoke, fire, or carbon monoxide. Early detection is vital where fire is concerned.
Further to our completion of a building design risk assessment, a Fire Alarm categorization is given to a building and this is used as the basis for the design requirements of the fire alarm system
Our team of engineers understand the complexities of fire regulations and the need for well-designed Fire Detection and Alarm Systems that meet the requirements outlined in IS3218. Xenon designs scalable solutions for our clients responding to what is necessary and appropriate for the building type and fire risk associated with its usage.
